• Requirement :
• Fresh Graduates from reputable Magister Management university
• Majoring Marketing, Agribusiness, Economic Agriculture and Operation Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Understanding basics of Economics, Strategy and Marketing
• Age minimum 21-27 Years Old
• Having proficiency in English both oral and written (TOEFL score min 450)
• Must be Computer literate and good in Windows application such; Word, Excel and Power point.
• Good in communication
• Energetic, eager to learn, strong in analysis, high motivation and able to work under minimum supervision, potential leadership
• Willing to go travel and learning in branches Olam around Indonesia for 10 months as company’s training program
• Willing to be placed in all over remote location in Indonesia
